Our Focus

Community

We work to strengthen neighborhoods by expanding access to vital resources, services, and support that improve community well-being.

We offer outreach, education, and capacity-building programs that address social determinants of health, digital inclusion, economics, and neighborhood resilience.

Our goal is to help underserved communities become more connected, informed, and equipped to navigate systems, access services, and build pathways toward collective stability and opportunity.

Family

Weprovide stabilization-focused services that support caregivers and foster parents, strengthen households, and reduce barriers to long-term well-being. We offer programs that address family preservation, early intervention, and wraparound coordination.

Our trauma-informed, equity-driven approach ensures families receive culturally relevant care and the resources necessary to prevent displacement, improve functioning, and increase household resilience.

Our family programs are designed to support kinship, foster, and reunify families with practical tools and a strong sense of connection. We focus on preventing re-entry into systems, reducing stress, and increasing caregiver capacity.

Youth

Kinfolks Helping Hands provides targeted support to youth experiencing barriers related to housing instability, mental health, juvenile justice, or system involvement.

We deliver youth development programs focused on leadership, mentorship, restorative justice, emotional regulation, and life skills.

Our work supports healthier transitions to adulthood and aligns with regional youth prevention, intervention, and reentry strategies. We partner with public agencies, school districts, and care providers to ensure youth are supported across every system they encounter.
